Lagos Digital Transformation and Innovation Summit to take place
The 2021 Lagos Digital Transformation and Innovation Summit will take place today.
Also known as the Lagos DX Summit, the yearly conference serves as the largest congregation of business leaders, digital transformation experts and global disruptors in the world.
Participants will meet to address future projects, offer sales pitches, expand networks, and position their enterprises for global market entry. The event offers tools and insights regarding the incorporation of digital infrastructure and modeling for companies engaging in artificial intelligence, data analytics and machine learning projects.
The Nigerian government intends to speed up e-commerce development within the country and seeks to tap into the greater global digital economy. By investing part of its $34 billion budget in infrastructure in the digital and transportation sectors as well as education, Abuja sees a clear path towards decreasing Nigeria’s national poverty rate.
